LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. — Disney World on Wednesday announced a reopening date for Blizzard Beach Water Park.

The popular winter-themed water park will be back open on Nov. 4, according to Disney officials. It has been closed for refurbishment.

“Blizzard Beach at Walt Disney World Resort brings to life the theming of a ski resort which has melted in the Florida sun, allowing guests to enjoy the unique combination of snowy fun and warm Florida sunshine year-round, and just in time for the holiday season,” said Disney officials.

Officials with the park said that the Disney Water Parks Seasonal Pass has returned, which is now available for purchase. The pass allows repeat visits to Disney’s water parks from now through May 23, 2025. Those who have the pass can visit Typhoon Lagoon through Nov. 3, and then Blizzard Beach starting this fall. The pass is $79 plus tax. The offer is available for a limited time. Blizzard Beach features an array of water attractions, activities and dining for guests to look forward to. This includes the “Frozen”-themed Tike’s Peak, the Summit Plummet water slide and the Cross Country Creek lazy river.
