ORLANDO, Fla. — The Soccer Champions Tour will make a stop in Orlando on Aug. 2, featuring two of international soccer’s most iconic teams, Real Madrid CF and Juventus.
The Orlando match, hosted by the Florida Cup, will be the 25th overall meeting between the teams and the first time each of them will play at Camping World Stadium. Real Madrid leads the all-time series 12-10-2.
Presale tickets will be available starting May 16, and general ticket access begins May 19. Fans are invited to sign up for the pre-sale at www.SoccerChampionsTour.com or www.FloridaCup.com.
The Soccer Champions Tour was created to support the continued global growth of top-tier sports franchises.
“We are proud to be partnering with the world’s most storied clubs, which have the world’s strongest and most passionate supporters, to provide this rare opportunity for American fans to experience the game at the highest level,” said Alan Waxman, co-founder and chief executive officer at Sixth Street, the global investment firm that created the tour and partnered with sports and live entertainment company AEG.
Since 2015, the Florida Cup has featured clubs from all over the world. Last year, Arsenal defeated Chelsea in the headline match in Orlando, setting a new soccer attendance record at Camping World Stadium.
