The past 16 Valentine's Days have been as special as possible, but this one, No. 17, has the ingredients to be the best yet.

"It's actually quite a treat for us to get out and do something fancy like this," Alicia said.

The couple was chauffeured from the Indian River Center nursing home in West Melbourne, where Robert lives, to the posh Chart House restaurant for a romantic dinner.

The couple met while they were at West Point Academy and got married 17 years ago. Then, 13 years ago, Robert suffered a stroke, and their lives changed instantly.

He lives in Brevard County, but Alicia lives in Orlando and they usually only see each other once a week on weekends. However, they always make it a point to do Valentine's Day. Just not like this.

"Oh, our name is on the menu ... that's crazy," Alicia said as she looked at her husband. "Look, your name is here, Robert and Alicia Rein."

After that, it was time to pick out the meals and drinks to fill out the dinner part of the night. Robert knew immediately what he wanted, herb-crusted salmon.

"Salmon is his favorite," Alicia said.

Not only did Stellar Transport provide them with dinner, it also treated the couple to a free hotel stay.
