“Front Porch Theater would do movies, comedy shows, the school plays, concerts and bands and all kinds of stuff that would be a lot of fun,” said Casey Graebner, who is behind Front Porch Theater.
The two-screen theater has 527 seats and is owned by Lexin Capital.
“We would love to have an active, sustainable and successful business utilizing this iconic and beautiful Art Moderne-inspired Cesar Pelli-designed building,” the company said.
AMC’s lease with Lexin is up in October. Spectrum News 13 tried reaching out to AMC multiple times but has not heard back.
