ORLANDO, Fla. — SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will celebrate National Roller Coaster Day with a coaster challenge for thrill-seeking enthusiasts.

On Wednesday, SeaWorld visitors can participate in the Coaster Capital Challenge. The first 400 visitors taking on the challenge will get a commemorative lanyard that offers Quick Queue access to the park’s seven coasters, including Manta, Ice Breaker and Pipeline.
SeaWorld will also offer behind-the-scenes tours of Mako to pass members as an exclusive perk. Availability is limited for the tours.
Meanwhile, Busch Gardens will celebrate National Roller Coaster Day with the Pass Member Coaster Challenge.
Pass members who want to participate can pick up a “coaster challenge card” at the park’s Gwazi pavilion between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. After riding the participating coasters, they can return the card by 5 p.m. to receive an exclusive lanyard.
Busch Gardens’ lineup of coasters include Cheetah Hunt, Cobra’s Curse, SheiKra, Montu, Kumba, Tigris and Iron Gwazi.
The park will also offer $5 ride photos and a special buy-one-get-one free offer on its Coaster Cutout and NanoCoaster models.
