Disney has said this is not a temporary addition and the characters will continue to make regular appearances in Black Spire Outpost, joining a lineup that includes other Star Wars characters such as stormtroopers and Kylo Ren.
The Mandalorian and Grogu have been appearing at Disneyland in California since November, after the character experience was announced at D23 Expo in September.
