High school football once again takes center stage this fall as Bright House Sports Network will showcase Central Florida's top programs in the Game of the Week. The schedule includes defending Class 8A state champion Apopka and last year's 7A runner-up, Osceola. Perennial powers Dr. Phillips, Mainland, South Sumter and Palm Bay will also be featured.
It all starts with a Kickoff Classic on August 21 between West Orange and Osceola. The season culminates December 5-6 and 12-13 when BHSN will once again carry the FHSAA Football Finals from the Orlando Citrus Bowl.
Every game can be seen on Channel 47 and HD1147. Bright House Networks customers can also access the games via the new BHTV app.
The broadcast schedule has been finalized through October 9th, which is week seven of the regular season. The remaining schedule will be announced later in the season.
