Rep. Kathy Castor won the District 14 race in Tampa Bay, Tuesday. Republican challenger Robert Rochford came in second.
District 14 includes parts of Tampa Bay and St. Pete.
Rochford won their party primary in August, beating out three other challengers at the time.
In terms of fundraising, Castor had raised just over $1 million by the October 15 filing deadline, and spent all but $400,000 of that.
The seat is currently held by Castor, who held the seat since 2010.
