You are getting the chance to see some of the most inspiring homes in Central Florida. The 69th annual Parade of Homes is a self-guided opportunity to see the latest in home design trends.

  1. This year's Parade of Homes features builder Turning Leaf Custom Homes. John Riddle is the VP. “The fact that we are able to build a home for a family and they allow us to show it off to the public … is not typical for the homes we build,” Riddle told us during our visit to the Parade's showcase home in Winter Park.

  2. Riddle chose The Staging Company to stage this particular home (located at 1848 Lochberry Road, Winter Park). Kellie Lacko is the staging coordinator, taking part in her very first Parade of Homes. “Because I love design in general. It's one of my favorite things prob in the entire world. It just comes naturally,” she smiles.

  3. Each of the 50+ homes has a homeowner. The one on Loch Berry agreed to have The Staging Company choose the furniture, accents, artwork – everything! Just for the walk-throughs. Before the owner moves in, all of the stuff will be taken out for them to decorate themselves.

  4. This home is described as a Dutch transitional farmhouse. It has darker metals while incorporating organic modern design aspects with lighter wood tones. But it's wildly different from the rest of the homes, as each is unique in price and design.

  5. Parade of Homes is June 18 – June 26, 2022. Click here to map out your free, self-guided route.
