COLUMBUS, Ohio — Customers will be able to give feedback to the Central Ohio Transit Authority at public meetings in the upcoming weeks.
Customers can attend two public meetings regarding COTA’s service improvements set to take effect on Monday, May 5. COTA changes its service three times a year, on the first Mondays of January, May and September. Amidst those changes are schedule adjustments, construction-related route changes and modifying services.
The first meeting will be held on Thursday, April 10 at 6 p.m. and customers can either attend in person at COTA’s Downtown Boardroom, at 33 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215 or online at COTA’s Facebook page beginning at the same time.
A second meeting will be held at noon on Tuesday, April 15. The meeting can be joined virtually through COTA’s Facebook page or customers can go attend in person at COTA’s Downtown Boardroom.
