DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Dinosaurs are taking over the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach this summer. Jurassic Quest returns with more teeth August 4 - 6.
Guests can walk through 165 million years of the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods to learn about the creatures that once walked the Earth.
An experience for the whole family, the event includes lifelike dinosaurs, live shows, interactive science and art activities, including a fossil dig and real fossils like T-Rex teeth, a triceratops horn and a life-size dino skull.
There will also be a “Triceratops” soft play area for little explorers, bounce houses, inflatable attractions, and photo opportunities.
This year, Jurassic Quest includes an expanded Excavation Station and more Jurassic-themed rides and inflatables.
A herd of animatronic dinos displayed in realistic scenes with some that move and roar will also include fan favorites, the Utahraptor and Giganotosaurus.
General admission tickets can be purchased online and include access to the dinosaur exhibits, arts and crafts activities, and dinosaur shows.
There are rides and activities that require activity tickets available on site, or guests can upgrade to the Kids Unlimited Ticket. Entry is free for children under age 2.
The event runs Aug. 4 - 6. For more information, visit https://www.jurassicquest.com/.
