WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — AdventhHealth ER at Flamingo Crossings Town Center, a new full-service emergency room near Disney World, is set to open this summer.

The ER, located off Hartzog Road in Winter Garden, will provide emergency care to Central Florida visitors and residents, including Disney World cast members.
At 19,000-square feet, the facility will have 24 private patient rooms and offer services such as respiratory therapy, diagnostic imaging including CT scans, X-ray and ultrasound. The ER will also have a full-service lab.
The ER will feature Key West-inspired architecture. Inside, the designs will have Disney-inspired touches. Renderings show characters from Disney movies such as “Moana” and “Finding Nemo” as part of the decor.
AdventHealth, which is the official health care provider of Disney World, first announced the new ER at Flamingo Crossings Town Center in 2021 as part of a “World of Wellness” partnership with Disney.
AdventHealth is also planning a new freestanding ER at the former site of the Holy Land Experience. Demolition work on the attraction began at the end of April and is expected to be completed by the end of June or early July.
