ORLANDO, Fla. — MegaCon Orlando, the big pop culture fan convention, has announced its first set of celebrity guests for this year’s event.

Anson Mount and Ethan Peck from “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds" are scheduled to appear at the convention. Mount plays Captain Christopher Pike in the Paramount+ series, while Peck plays Spock.
MegaCon is expected to make more guest announcements in the coming weeks. In addition to celebrities, the event typically features panels, workshops, cosplay contests and shopping area.
This year’s event is set to take place March 30-April 2 at the Orange County Convention Center.
