ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A new scavenger hunt game featuring the characters from Disney’s “DuckTales” will debut at EPCOT this week.

DuckTales World Showcase Adventure, available in the Play Disney Parks mobile app, will launch on Friday, three years after it was first announced.
“Help Huey, Dewey, Louie, Webby, Scrooge McDuck and friends defeat dastardly villains and recover the lost 7 Plunders of the World on a an amazing adventure that spans the globe,” reads a description of the game on the app.
Visitors will complete several missions as they make their way around the World Showcase, finding “hidden treasures” and unlocking interactive elements in seven pavilions, including France, Japan, Germany and Mexico.
Once visitors complete a mission in one of the country pavilions, they will receive an achievement in the app. Each mission will take about 25-30 minutes to complete.
DuckTales World Showcase Adventure is the latest incarnation of the interactive game. It replaces Agent P’s World Showcase Adventure, which was based on the Disney animated series “Phineas and Ferb.”
The game joins other interactive games available in the Play Disney Parks app, including Disney Fab 50 Quest and Batuu Bounty Hunters, which debuted this summer.
