Lisa Malbory, the mother of the teen who died, said her son Drayontai Mason was playing video games in his room when people started shooting into their home on 3rd Avenue around 10 p.m.

Police on Thursday identified the second victim as Teressa Henderson, 25, of Titusville.

Dozens of bullet holes were found in the walls, windows, and cars parked at the home. She was distraught as she surveyed the damage on Thursday morning with family members and neighbors.

Malbory told Spectrum News 13 that her son was an innocent victim in a senseless act of gun violence. Malbory says she was visiting a relative next door when the shooting happened.

Both victims were sent to the hospital, where they died from life-threatening injuries.

A third shooting victim, an 18-year-old man, transported himself to a local hospital with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds, police said. He is listed as stable.

Nathaniel Henry, whose granddaughter was the woman who was killed, had much pain in his voice as he spoke about her.

“This breaks my heart! This takes everything away from me when you killing my children! ... God bless you,” Henry said when speaking to Spectrum News 13.

Police have not released any identifying information about suspects or even the vehicle they were driving yet.
