What You Need To Know
- St. Cloud Presbyterian recently added the "Blessing Box"
- Box is filled with items like toiletries, snacks
- Concept is for people to give what they can, take what they need
St. Cloud Presbyterian recently installed this blessing box outside of their church.
The concept is for folks to give what they can and take what they need.
St. Cloud resident Lindsey Herman has helped fill up this box several times with things like toothpaste, sausages and toilet paper.
“I hope that more people get interested in it, I hope more people are willing to help out and try to fill it up as much as possible and I hope that we can start making more through St. Cloud so this isn’t the only one,” she said.
The blessing box is near 10th Street and Indiana Avenue and is open 24-7 to everyone.
St. Cloud Presbyterian Church said it will stay stocked as long as neighbors are willing to donate and people are benefiting.
