MILWAUKEE — Music is back: Take a look at Summerfest's lineup for its 2021 festival.
The festival will run for three consecutive weekends, as previously announced. It is scheduled to take place Sept. 2-4, 9-11, and 16-18, a little later in the year than usual due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Festival officials are working closely with local officials and health professionals to implement health and safety procedures.

Sept. 3: Chance the Rapper with 24kGoldn, Teezo Touchdown and DJ Oreo
Sept. 4: Twenty One Pilots
Sept. 8: Jonas Brothers with Kelsea Ballerini and Spencer Sutherland
Sept. 9: Chris Stapleton with Sheryl Crow
Sept. 10: Zac Brown Band with Gabby Barrett
Sept. 11: Dave Chappelle
Sept. 15: Dave Matthews Band
Sept. 16: Megan Thee Stallion with Polo G
Sept. 17: Miley Cyrus with The Kid Laroi
Sept. 18: Guns N’ Roses with Mammoth WVH
Other festival artists include Run the Jewels, Bleachers, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, T-Pain, REO Speedwagon, Flo Rida, Diplo, Nelly, Fitz and the Tantrums, Natasha Bedingfield, Goo Goo Dolls, Styx, Black Pumas, ZZ Top, G-Eazy, Neon Trees and Brett Elredge.
The new dates were announced in February in order to give state health officials more time to vaccinate the public.
Music festival officials announced on Aug. 10 that they will require proof of a COVID-19 vaccination to attend the festival. Those not vaccinated will be required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the date planned to attend the festival or a concert.
Additionally, kids under the age of 12 will be required to wear masks. Individuals 12 and older must obtain a negative COVID-19 test or show proof of their vaccination.

The American Family Insurance Amphitheater is introducing a new Wednesday Kick-Off Concerts series, prior to each weekend of Summerfest, which includes the Jonas Brothers, Dave Matthews Band, and one artist to be announced. Ticket holders for the Wednesday Kick-Off Concerts will receive a digital ticket via email for Summerfest 2021, valid for any of the nine days of the festival, organizers said.
Previously purchased tickets for concerts at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater during Summerfest will be honored for the rescheduled date. Organizers said refunds will be available from the original point of purchase, 30 days from the announcement of the rescheduled date.
General admission tickets are on sale now. Pricing for Summerfest admission:
- The UScellular Power Pass is available for $100 - includes one admission for all nine days
- The UScellular 3-Day Pass is available for $57 and is valid for one general admission per day on three different days of the festival
- General Admission - $23; Seniors (62 and older) - $15; Children (10 and under) - $5
