CHARLOTTE, N.C. – CMPD is investigating its fourth homicide this week.
- CMPD is investigating a murder.

- The suspect is a 17 year old.
It happened at an apartment on North Sharon Amity Road around 8:45 p.m. Friday.
Juean Alberto Lopez-Garcia, 17, has been charged in that murder.
The victim has been identified as Sebastian Acosta-Bayona, 19.
