One of the men convicted of the so-called XBox murders will stay on death row.
Florida's Supreme Court rejected an appeal from Jerone Hunter.
Hunter was convicted in 2006 for the "Xbox murders." In 2004, he and three other men killed six people inside a home on Telford Lane in Deltona, because they believed one of the victims had stolen an Xbox.
Convicted ringleader Troy Victorino was also sentenced to death.
Two of his accomplices are serving life sentences.
