ORLANDO, Fla. — As 2021 winds down, many are looking forward to what 2022 may bring.

For theme park fans, you can ring in the year with thrill rides, live music and fireworks as some of the park will have New Year’s Eve festivities.

Here’s a rundown of what they have planned.

BUSCH GARDENS TAMPA BAY

The park is still holding its Christmas Town event but on Friday it will add a New Year’s Eve fireworks display to the mix. The fireworks will begin just before midnight and last about 15 minutes. The park is scheduled to be open until 1 a.m.

FUN SPOT

Fun Spot will have “huge” New Year’s Eve fireworks at its parks in Orlando and Kissimmee.

LEGOLAND FLORIDA

Legoland is having a kid-friendly New Year’s Eve celebration with fireworks starting at 8 p.m.

SEAWORLD ORLANDO

SeaWorld is continuing its Christmas Celebration, however, visitors can ring in 2022 at the park on Friday. The park will be open until 12:30 a.m. and will have fireworks at midnight.

UNIVERSAL ORLANDO

Universal will not hold the EVE celebration at CityWalk this year. However, some of the Universal Orlando hotel will be offering their own New Year’s Eve festivities.

WALT DISNEY WORLD

While the New Year’s Eve celebrations were put on hold in 2020, Disney World has brought back some of its offerings. At Magic Kingdom, visitors can enjoy Disney’s Fantasy in the Sky fireworks which will begin at 11:50 p.m. The park will be open until 1 a.m. Over at Epcot, the park will put on its Cheers to the New Year: A Sparkling Celebration fireworks at 11:54 p.m. The park will be open until 1 a.m.
