ORLANDO, Fla. – Salt & Straw, an ice cream company based in Portland, Ore., plans to open a location at Walt Disney World.

The new location will debut at Disney Springs next year, the company announced Monday.
“So excited to bring our scoops to “the Most Magical Place on Earth in 2022,” Salt & Straw said in a tweet.
Salt & Straw, founded in 2011, is known for its small batch, hand-churned ice cream and unique flavors such as Chocolate Gooey Brownie, Honey Lavender, Sea Salt w/ Caramel Ribbons, Freckled Mint TCHO-colate Chip and Double Fold Vanilla.
The new Disney Springs shop will become the company’s third location in Florida. Salt & Straw has two locations in Miami. It will also mark the second time the company has partnered with Disney. The company has a location at the Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort in California.
An exact opening date has not yet been announced for the Disney Springs location.
