ORLANDO, Fla. – Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue has opened at Epcot.

The restaurant, located in the America Adventure pavilion, takes its name from the patriotic Muppets character, Sam Eagle.
Regal Eagle is the site of "Sam's Centennial Cook-Off: A Salute to All Cook-Offs but Mostly Barbecue." Pit masters will be cooking up a variety of barbecue dishes in different styles from across the country.
Menu items include Kansas City smoked half-chicken, Memphis dry-rub pork ribs, North Carolina smoked pork butt platter and a sliced Texas beef brisket sandwich. The restaurant also has plenty of side dishes beer-battered onion rings, baked beans, French fries, garlic toast and macaroni & cheese.
Regal Eagle also has several gluten-free and peanut allergy friendly items on the menu, including the South Carolina smoked sausage sandwich and the power greens salad.
In addtion to indoor seating, Regal Eagle will also have an outdoor patio with more seating.
The restaurant also has the Mobile Order option, which allows diners to place their order ahead of time and pickup their food from a designated counter.
