The condition and identity of the person, which the Florida Department of Transportation described as a "trespasser," has not been released by police, except that the person was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center.

FDOT spokesman Steve Olson said the incident happened at about 6:20 a.m. on the southbound tracks near Pine Street.

None of the 71 passengers or two crew members who were on board were hurt, Olson stated in a news release.

The incident caused delays to train P303, which had delayed trains system-wide. However, after 10 a.m., all trains are back on schedule, tweeted SunRail.
