ORLANDO, Fla. — Air travel is starting to get back to normal Friday after Hurricane Milton forced airports to suspend operations. Some delays and cancellations still are possible.
Orlando International Airport is open and fully operational for all commercial flights, airport officials announced Friday. The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Airline Operations estimates that nearly 75,000 passengers will be processed Friday.
Airport officials are urging travelers to check with their airlines for specific updates because many airlines will be adjusting schedules based on activity.
The airport didn't have any major damage, officials said.
