Troy Mayor Patrick Madden and Police Chief Brian Owens announced the final report from the City’s Police Reform and Reinvention Collaborative Initiative.
The plan outlines 15 recommendations to build trust between the community and police.
Some of the suggestions of the report include an online complaint form, making certain records easily accessible, and developing a Citizen Police Academy.
Community members can still submit written comment on the draft plan.
