The balloon, which was last seen during Trump's state visit in the United Kingdom, will appear at a rally at Orlando's Stonewall Bar from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
The "Win With Love" rally will "bring visibility to issues that have plagued communities under the Trump Administration and highlight the resilience of Orlando in the face of hate and greed," the rally's organizers say on a Facebook page.
The downtown Orlando bar is just blocks away from the Amway Center, where the president is expected to officially kick off his re-election campaign during a rally at 8 p.m. Tuesday.
