ORLANDO, Fla. — For 2.5 hours, guests can sip and eat however much they want during Holiday Harbor Nights at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel.

Here are five things you should know about the festive event:

1. Where: Holiday Harbor Nights takes place outside in the Harbor Piazza of the hotel, located on Universal property.

2. What's on the menu: From tempura shrimp to 14-day aged tenderloin, Chef Leon Teow says it's all about live-action cooking. (view the featured menu and wines).

3. Performances: Opera singers will combine holiday and Italian tunes during their powerful performances throughout the evening.

4. Christmas tree: The grand illumination of Portofino's Christmas tree is also happening during the event.

5. When: It's Friday, November 29 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets start at $65 (plus tax).
