ORANGE CITY, Fla. — Straight out of France, one of Europe’s most famous circus families is kicking off its international tour in Volusia County.
- Cirque de Paris stars Anoushka Bouglione, a seventh-generation circus performer. “This is our life!” she said, rehearsing for her hula-hoop set with her 9-year-old daughter.
- The circus is making its 2025 tour debut in Orange City under The Big Top. “We have a traditional, European-style circus show, so it’s kind of different than the show you see in the U.S.”
- This version of the tour features aerial acts performed to famous pop songs sung in French, as well as BMX trick riders. Even the clowns say they have their own style. “More cute and less scary,” laughed Pedro Jr., a clown performer.
- Cirque de Paris is noted for its beauty, artistry and enchantment.
- It’s taking place at Fancy Fruit and Produce in Orange City through March 2. General admission for children starts at $20. Ticket prices for adults range from $25-$60.
