WISCONSIN — An Amber Alert has been issued for a pregnant 16-year-old from Beaver Dam.
The 16-year-old, Sophia Martha Franklin, was last seen at her residence on Feb. 2 at 9 p.m., according to authorities. She is about three months pregnant.
Authorities said they believe Franklin is with 40-year-old Gary F. Day, who is known to be the father of her unborn child. Day was last at his residence at 7:48 a.m. on Feb. 3 and there is a no contact order between him and Franklin.
Franklin is described as white, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 186 pounds and having brown hair and blue eyes.
The suspect, Day, is described as white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 165 pounds and having blonde hair and green eyes.
Authorities say the suspected vehicle in this case is a black 2014 Buick LaCrosse and that the vehicle has utilized various license plates. Police say the suspect may be changing license plates. The latest license plate is listed as a Pennsylvania license plate with KGW5186. Previously, it was a Arkansas plate with BBR 20L.
