BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — Authorities in Titusville and Orlando are conducting separate investigations after Saturday morning fatal shootings.
Titusville police are conducting a homicide investigation after a man was found dead early Saturday.
Officers responded at 4 a.m. to an initial report of a hit-and-run near the intersection of Airport Road and Dixie Avenue.
Upon arriving, officers found an adult man dead from an apparent gunshot wounds.
Based on the preliminary evidence, detectives said they believe this is an isolated incident.
Officials said a suspect remains at large.

In Orlando, deputies responded at 8 a.m. to the 2000 block of Rivertree Circle in calls of a shooting.
Once deputies arrived on scene, they located a male in his 20s who had been shot.
The victim was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
There is no suspect information at this time. An investigation is ongoing.
