ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Two bears were found roaming around Central Florida on Tuesday.

The first bear was found near a tree in front of a Red Lobster off SR-436 in Altamonte Springs. Officials were quick to arrive on the scene, and advised people in the area to stay away from the bear for their safety. With dozens of people looking on from a restaurant patio, the bear climbed a tree, likely out of fear, according to officials.

The second bear was found near an apartment complex in Turkey Lake, according to viewer Li Stalder.

A young male bear was spotted in Downtown Orlando in April. He evaded capture by officials for several days before he was found dead in Winter Park after being struck by a vehicle.
