What You Need To Know

The 4.9K run starts at 8 a.m., beginning and ending at Wadeview Park in downtown Orlando. The run honors the 49 people killed in the Pulse nightclub tragedy, survivors and first responders.

UCF students first launched the run event in 2017, starting with 800 runners. In 2022, over 3,000 runners took part in the run.

The course includes a “Remembrance Journey” guiding runners past the Pulse Interim Memorial along the 0.6-mile route victims took from Pulse to Orlando Health Trauma Center on June 12, 2016.

This year’s run kicks off the Seven-Year Pulse Remembrance Week, which ends on June 12 with the Annual Remembrance Ceremony at 7 p.m. at the Pulse Interim Memorial.

Pre-registration for the run is $49, while on-site, same day registration is $60.

Participants will receive a T-shirt, tote bag, runner’s bib, and commemorative run medal. Registration for the Kids Fun Run is $5.
