ORLANDO, Fla. — SeaWorld Orlando has announced new additions to this year’s Howl-O-Scream, including a live show and a scare zone.

What You Need To Know

The event, which kicks off Sept. 9, will feature a new show called “Lurking in the Depths: An Adventurer’s Tale.” Famed explorer and siren hunter Sam “Hud” Hudson will share a firsthand account with visitors.

“What hysterical moments will surface? How does he face down the horrors? You never know where an adventurer’s tale might lead,” reads a description on the Howl-O-Scream website.

The event, now in its second year, will also feature a new scare zone called Sea of Fear. It joins previously announced scare zones Cut Throat Cove and Frozen Terror-Alive in the Ice.

SeaWorld is also adding another attraction to the lineup. Ice Breaker, the park’s newest coaster, will be open during the event along with Mako and Manta.

Howl-O-Scream will run select nights Sept. 9 through Oct. 31.
