COMMERCE CITY. Colo. — Orlando City got the scoring started with a goal by Facundo Torres but ended up in a 1-1 draw on Wednesday night against the Colorado Rapids.

Torres sent a shot from Alexandre Pato just under the crossbar and into the back of the net just after the 20-minute mark for the Lions. It marked Torres' fifth goal and Pato's fourth assist for the season.

The Lions (8-7-5, 29 points) held that lead until about the 65th minute, when Gyasi Zardes took a cross from Michael Barrios and put it in the net for the Rapids.

Pedro Gallese made six saves for Orlando.

Antonio Carlos made his return to the starting lineup for the first time since being sidelined with an injury on April 2 against LAFC.

“A good point in a difficult place," Lions coach Oscar Pareja said. "I’d like to recognize the effort of the players with this continuity and proximity of the games, traveling and all those things. I think we’re finding ways to get results."

Orlando City's next game is Sunday in Atlanta against United FC.
