The restaurant, located in the World Celebration neighborhood of the park, will have a menu inspired by cuisines from around the world.

In a blog post Friday, Disney shared new details about the restaurant’s design, which includes nods to Walt Disney’s original plans for Epcot.
Connections Café & Eatery is two distinct spaces: the café section with Starbucks and pastries and the eatery section with lunch and dinner menus.
The restaurant features a modern design with floor-to-ceiling windows to create a bright, open space. In the eatery section, visitors will find a mural called “Global Gathering,” which spans an entire wall. The mural depicts people from around the world gathering food.
Also incorporated into the design are three original floor inlays inspired by the 1966 “Florida Project” site plans.
Construction walls around the restaurant were taken down recently, a sign that it could be opening soon. Connections Café & Eatery had a soft-opening Thursday and could be open periodically over the next few days before its official debut.
Connections Café & Eatery is the latest piece in Epcot’s massive transformation project, which has included a revamped entrance, new restaurants such as Space 220 and new attractions such as Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.
