CLERMONT, Fla. —  A Clermont cheer coach is accused of molesting several children, and police say they fear more potential vctims could be out there. Not only that, he’s also a school teacher in another county.

  • Three females are accusing 39-year-old Vigiland D’Haiti for molesting them.
  • Clermont Police started investigating 39-year-old Vigiland D’Haiti January 2022.
  • Police said these events date back from 2013 to 2021.
  • Police said the incident(s) took place at the "Rush All Stars" Cheer gym. 
  • When the investigated started D'Haiti was suspened by the U.S. All-Star Federation.
  • He stopped working at the "Rush All Stars" Cheer gym in January 2022. 
  • He was also put on administrative leave at Orange County School District in January 2022.
  • March 27, D'Haiti was arrested at his home in Winter Gardens
  • He made bail, which was set at $30,000.

Clermont Police said three girls came forward earlier this year, saying they were molested by 39-year-old Vigiland D’Haiti. The girls were all between the ages of 12 and 15 at the time. These allegations date all the way back from 2013 to as recent as last year.

Clermont Police said Winter Gardens Police arrested D’Haiti earlier this week at his home. He’s been suspended by the U.S. All-Star Federation since police started the investigation in January.

Now Clermont Police have a message for parents of any children he’s been in contact with.

“Talk to your kids. Have them talk to their school counselors if they aren’t comfortable coming to us. Come to us, we have school resource officers in all of the schools. Come forward we are here for you,” said Sgt. Erin Razos, Clermont Police. 

D’Haiti also teaches at Cypress Creek High School in Orange County. Spectrum News 13 reached out to the school district. They said they placed him on administrative leave back in January. Right now, he faces three counts of lewd and lascivious molestation.
