CLERMONT, Fla. — Clermont is a bustling small town with so much to do and see, but outside the quaint small town, an old Florida market charms visitors with a u-pick experience.
Owned by a fourth generation of Florida citrus farms, Showcase of Citrus, is a true mom-and-pop stop in the heart of Central Florida.
The farm is home to a variety of citrus, including 13 different types of oranges and a number of different fruits.
Throughout the year, the farm offers a variety of u-pick citrus experiences and people can even tour the farm on one of their massive buggy rides.
In addition to tours and u-pick, the farm has an exotic petting zoo on-site, a gem mining, and an old-time country store where visitors can try a variety of homegrown productions including orange freeze drinks and homemade honey.
It is a festival fall day on the farm learning the ropes of an old Florida citrus grove. Showcase of Citrus is open seven days a week.
