OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – The Osceola County Clerk of Court will reopen all of its services next week.

Residents will have to check-in outside, where they can register and a text message will alert them when they can come in. Face masks and temperature checks are mandatory.

Inside of the courthouse, chairs in waiting areas are six feet apart and only 10 people are allowed in these rooms. Customers will be handed colored court passes for the divisions that will be servicing them.  

“The train of thought is to ensure the safety obviously to our community, our customers, our employees and just make sure we are able to still provide the services we need but in a safe manner,” chief deputy for Osceola Clerk of Court Jennifer Soto said.

Monday will be the official start of phase two for the Osceola Courthouse.

Jury duty and trials are expected to resume July 2.
