Hundreds of fans packed into the Blue Cross Arena Saturday night for Rochester's first ever UFC fight.

Broadcast nationally, it was only the 12th professional mixed martial arts event in the state since its legalization in 2016. Fans were excited to see their favorite contenders live including Rush Henrietta grad Desmond Green.

"You know what they put into it. The blood, the sweat the tears and it's amazing watching him win," said Amy Catrabone of Buffalo. "That's why we are here, we are here for the win. So this is his hometown and we are here to cheer him on."

Green also known as "The Predator" won his match in fact making his hometown proud.
