CENTRAL FLORIDA — Our Wednesday weather has been very similar to the past couple of days with plenty of sunshine and warm temperatures.

A decent breeze has also continued off of the Atlantic, allowing for slightly cooler temperatures along the east coast. No major changes are expected over the next couple of days, but rain chances do return by the weekend.

Mostly clear skies are in the forecast through the overnight hours. Winds will weaken as we head toward daybreak, which may allow for some inland patchy fog.

Temperatures will fall into the mid to low 60s for most. Some coastal communities will be warmer, only falling into the upper 60s.

Mostly sunny skies will return for Thursday as breezy wind continues out of the east. These winds will keep temperatures along the coast in the low 80s, while inland temperatures will climb into the mid to upper 80s.

Expect similar weather on Friday, before changes move in this weekend. Abundant moisture will start to move back in Saturday, allowing for a few showers to start the weekend.

Rain chances will increase with our next system Sunday and Monday of next week. No change in temperatures is expected.

Beach and boating conditions will remain a little rough for Thursday. Exercise caution if heading out on the water and keep in mind there is a high rip current threat. Enter the water around a lifeguard stand.
