5. Florida grand jury finds no criminality in probe of COVID-19 vaccines
The grand jury made policy recommendations in its report, including increasing transparency around clinical trials and banning advertisements for pharmaceutical drugs.

6. FEMA hurricane disaster relief deadline is 11:59 p.m.
FEMA extended the deadline from December to give residents more time to claim losses from the storm.
