Good evening, Central Florida. We're wrapping up the day for you with the most important stories you need to know, plus your weather outlook.

Your Weather Planner

The stagnant pattern of daily isolated showers and hot temperatures is about to break as a cold front sweeps down the peninsula this weekend. Ahead of the front, anticipate a mostly sunny Saturday with highs on either side of 90-degrees.

We squeeze out a couple of isolated showers late Saturday night, then watch as dry air invades behind the front. A sunny sky is on tap with high temperatures in the lower to middle 80s. Our dew point drops into the 50s which is considered very comfortable for our area. More sunshine is in store Monday through Wednesday with highs in the middle 80s. Moisture returns late next week.
