OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — Three schools in St. Cloud were placed on lockdown Tuesday morning after police said a threat was phoned in to St. Cloud High.

The St. Cloud Police Department reported that officers conducted multiple sweeps of the campus and found no credible threat. However, during the investigation, nearby St. Cloud Middle and Michigan Avenue Elementary were also placed on lockdown as a precaution.

Initially, the police department asked parents to stay clear of the campus so officers could work as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Now that all campuses are clear, the Osceola County School District will provide parents with information on how to safely pickup students on Tuesday.

Officials did not release any other information on the school threat.
