ORLANDO, Fla. — 'Tis the season at Universal Orlando as the resort has unwrapped its lineup of holiday offerings.

The festivities, which run through Dec. 31, include activities at both Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.

At Islands of Adventure, Grinchmas, the musical retelling of “How the Grinch Stole Christmas,” is back. Also at the park, visitors can catch a showing of The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle, the evening projection show on the Hogsmeade side of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s, a seasonal favorite, is back at Universal Studios. It runs daily and features large balloons and colorful floats with characters from movies such as “Shrek,” “Madagascar,” and “Despicable Me.”

The parade also features a finale with Santa lighting the park’s 80-foot Christmas tree.
