ORLANDO, Fla. — SeaWorld Orlando has released the full lineup of haunted houses and scare zones for this year’s Howl-O-Scream event.

The after-hours event, now in its third year, begins Sept. 8 and will feature five haunted houses and seven scare zones—offering both new and returning concepts.
Sirens will be at the center of the event, with siren sisters Frost and Flame, Hex and Scratch featured in many of the houses and scare zones.
The new and newish haunted houses that will be part of the lineup this year include Beneath the Ice-The Meltdown, featuring Frost and Flame; Dead Vines: Nawlin’s Nightmare, featuring Hex; and D2LER1UM666 Laboratories, set in an underwater research facility.
Returning houses will include Captain’s Revenge: Drowned in Darkness and Blood Beckoning.
Visitors will also venture through several scare zones, including Toxic Turmoil, set in a landfill with mutant creatures; Blood Light District, featuring Scratch; Carn-EVIL Pier, with demented clowns; and Portal of Passage. Frozen in Terror: Alive In the Ice, Terrors of the Deep and Witchcraft Bayou will be the returning scare zones
In addition to houses and scare zones, Howl-O-Scream will include live entertainment. “Monster Stomp,” the Jack the Ripper stage show will return along with the “Siren’s Song” show.
The event will also feature several themed specialty bars and themed food items such as the Vampire Burger and Bloody Ribs.
Howl-O-Scream runs select nights through Oct. 31.
Tickets for the event are on sale and include single-night as well as multi-night options.
