The foal, born last week at Disney’s Tri-Circle-D Ranch, has been named Pixie, the resort shared Friday.

Pixie is very “energetic and inquisitive” and has been bonding with her mom Lady as well as exploring the ranch.

“The bond between Pixie and Lady is very tight, as the two often gallop side-by-side through the pastures around the ranch,” Disney said in a statement.

One day Pixie will join the other so-called “Cinderella” ponies that pull the icon coach for weddings and other special appearances at Disney World.

Pixie and her mom can be seen at the ranch at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. The ranch is home to nearly 100 horses and ponies.
