Visitors will also be able to meet characters like Gabby from “Gabby’s Dollhouse.”

“As guests step into this new land, their imaginations will run wild as they take in the vibrant colors, sights and sounds that surround them,” Universal said in a news release.

DreamWorks land is taking over the KidZone area, which closed in January to make way for “exciting new family entertainment.”

The land featured a play area based on Fievel from “An American Tail,” a Woody Woodpecker coaster and a Shrek and Donkey meet-and-greet.

Universal has not yet said what new attractions or experiences it has planned for the new DreamWorks land, which it says is just one part of a “collection of new entertainment experiences” it plans to debut at the resort next year.

Universal Studios Florida is undergoing a transformation, with a number of new experiences and attractions being added to the park. Minion Land, which is based on the popular "Minion" franchise, has been available to visitors since mid-June. The land's new attraction, Villain-Con Minion Blast, soft-opened last week and is expected to officially open this summer.
