The Ultimate Shark Experience debuts Friday and will be available through July 28 as part of a weeklong shark celebration at the park.

The experience will include a guided tour above the shark aquarium as well as a chance to feed and touch smaller sharks. Visitors will also learn more about the sharks in SeaWorld’s care from one of the park’s educators in a private group setting.

In addition to the tour, the shark experience includes a meal at one of the quick-service restaurants, a Quick Queue ticket to Mako and a shark-themed souvenir such as a plush toy or T-shirt.

Tickets for the Ultimate Shark Experience are priced at $199 per person. SeaWorld says $25 of each ticket sold will go to shark conservation programs.

SeaWorld says about 100 million sharks are killed by people every year in the wild, mostly for their fins. The company says it’s committed to educating people about sharks through its park experience.

“SeaWorld is the only place in the world where you can touch a shark, move like a shark; feed a shark, dine like a shark, learn from the sharks and, importantly, help our ocean’s sharks at the same time,” Marisa Thalberg, chief marketing and communications officer of SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment, said in a news release.

The company is also offering shark experiences at SeaWorld San Antonio and SeaWorld San Diego.
