LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. — With just a couple of weeks to go until the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival begins, Disney World has released the full menus for the event.

  • The festival runs July 27 through Nov. 18 and will feature nearly 30 global marketplaces

  • The lineup includes four new marketplaces as well as dozens of new food and drink items

This year’s festival, which begins July 27, will include nearly 30 global marketplaces across the park, with four new ones joining the lineup.

The new marketplaces, which will open later in the festival’s run, are Char & Chop, Wine & Wedge, Bubbles & Brine and Swirled Showcase. Char & Chop will serve up items like the roasted porchetta with lemon-parsley salsa verde and shaved fennel salad. At Wine & Wedge, visitors will find assorted artisanal cheeses. Bubbles & Brine will have dishes with shrimp and crab, while Swirled Showcase will offer soft-serve desserts and drinks.

Other marketplaces include returning favorites like The Alps, Japan, Flavors from Fire and the Fry Basket, which will all offer a few new items.

Several marketplaces will offer plant-based dishes, including Greece with its Impossible Moussaka, Flavors from Fire with its Impossible Burger Slider, The Noodle Exchange with its Impossible Pork Ramen and Brew-Wing Lab with the Impossible Buffalo Chicken Tenders.

Brew-Wing Lab, located in the Odyssey building, will also get a Muppets-inspired makeover for the festival.

Dozens of new beverages have been added to the menu, including a Pickle milkshake at Brew-Wing, a Sangria flight at Spain, a Sake passion cocktail at Japan, and a berry mimosa at Simmering Sips.

The festival, which also features scavenger hunts and the Eat to the Beat concert series, runs through Nov. 18.
