As the event draws nearer, Universal is putting the finishing touches on elements around the park. The resort previously released the full lineup for the event, revealing all the haunted houses, scare zones and live shows that will be featured this year.

But what about the specialty food and beverage items for the event? Well, thanks to some recent additions, we now have some answers.

Universal has added menus to the food and beverage stands throughout the park. Although not all the menus are out, the ones that are reveal a variety of dishes in store for this year’s festivities.

Fan favorites such as Twisted Taters will return in a variety of flavors, including seasoned salt, garlic parmesan, sour cream & chives and ghost pepper.

In the New York section of the park, the menus include items such as pepperoni pizza skulls, African lentil potato sambusa coffin, and Lil’ Boo’s spicy pumpkin bun.

Over in the Sting Alley part of New York, there’s a food stand featuring items themed to Meetz Meats. The menu includes Fried Zombie Brains, Spoiled Angry Bear Meet, Spicy Fried Chicken “Offals,” and Fresh Ground Princess.

On the menu, the food items pictured are shown in package similar how meat is packaged in the grocery store.

The bright orange, pumpkin shaped food stand located on the bridge near the Springfield section of the park will be serving up a Maggot Covered Cheese Dog—a Korean style corn dog rolled in puffed rice and topped with gochujang drizzle and black sesame seeds. The Spiked Boba Peach Lemonade will be the specialty cocktail served there.

In Battery Park, near Transformers, The Weeknd After Hours Nightmare Bar is being set up and will have drafts on tap, canned brews, wines, and a specialty cocktail called “Save Your Tears.”

The food stand themed to Good Guys (Chucky) will serve the “Wanna Play?” Beignet and The Good Guys Burger, with crispy pork belly, cheese sauce, pickled jalapeños with a doughnut bun topped with red icing and fruity cereal.

In the KidZone section, one of the food stands has Garlic Philly Cheese “Stake” on the menu along with Mummy’s Curse Tablet Cookie.

Halloween Horror Nights will run select nights Sept. 2-Oct. 31.
